About: For over 30 years, Oakbridge Academy of Arts has offered students specialized art career education. Concentrated programs lead to associate of specialized technology degrees in visual design and photography, and a diploma in digital communications and design for the web. Located near Pittsburgh in Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania, Oakbridge Academy works individually with each student to ensure an optimal educational experience, while program courses provide students with focused, hands-on instruction. An externship program allows each student an opportunity to gain hands-on skills in a real-world setting, assuring an easy transition into their careers. Financial aid offerings include federal and state loan and grant programs, as well as art scholarships. Four annual start dates provide convenience to those with busy schedules.
