About: Set in the grounds of a 16th century castle against the stunning backdrop of the Burren in County Clare on Ireland's Atlantic coast, the Burren College of Art, founded in 1993 after years of planning and research on an international scale, represents a new and exciting departure in Visual Art education. \nIn global terms, its location alone is unsurpassed in terms of historical, archaeological, geological, cultural and botanical interest.
